We started with one very annoying haircut.
reservi is a curated marketplace for anything you book an appointment for — a haircut, a filling, a second opinion, an hour with a solicitor. We review everyone before they go live, we never get between them and their clients, and we have not once asked anybody to call back later.

How we got here
Two years, eight cities
- 2024
A very annoying haircut
Four phone calls, two voicemails and a week's wait for an appointment that had already been given away. We started building the following Monday.
- 2025
It was never really about hair
Launched in Bucharest with 40 barbers and salons. Then people started asking why booking a dentist was still worse. Dental, physio and optical opened by autumn.
- 2026
Twelve categories, eight cities
2,000 businesses and practices — from barbershops to law firms — a full business suite, and a quarter of a million appointments booked without a single phone call.

Three things we won't trade away
Marketplaces tend to drift toward whatever grows fastest. These are the places we've decided not to.
Curated, not comprehensive
We turn down most applications, in every category. A directory of everything is a directory of nothing — the point is that you can book someone you've never heard of and still be in good hands.
The professional sets the terms
Their prices, their policies, their clients. We're the booking layer, not the middleman that slowly starts owning the relationship.
No dark patterns
No fake scarcity, no invented discounts, no fees that appear at the last step. If availability says Thursday at six, it's Thursday at six.
