Terms of service

reservi operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent appointment-based businesses and practices — among them barbers, salons, spas, dental and medical practices, physiotherapists, opticians, veterinary clinics, law firms and accountants. We provide the booking software and the listing; we do not provide the services you book.

By creating an account or booking an appointment you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

We are responsible for the availability and accuracy of the booking platform, for transmitting your booking to the business, and for handling your data as described in the privacy policy.

We are not a party to the service agreement between you and the business. The business is solely responsible for the service provided, its pricing, its practitioners, and its licensing and insurance.

Nothing on reservi is medical, legal, financial or veterinary advice, and a listing is not a recommendation of clinical or professional outcome. Any such advice comes from the professional you book, under their own duty of care and regulatory obligations.

A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us. Availability is supplied by the business, and while we synchronise it continuously, they may in rare cases need to move or decline an appointment.

Each business sets its own cancellation notice period, which is shown to you before you confirm. Where a deposit applies, their stated policy governs whether it is refunded.

Businesses listed on reservi must hold the licences, qualifications and insurance required to operate in their jurisdiction, must honour published prices and availability, and must keep their calendar accurate. In regulated categories — medical, dental, veterinary, legal and accountancy among them — that includes current registration with the relevant professional body, which we verify before listing and re-check periodically.

Subscription fees and commission are charged as set out on the pricing page and in your order form. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Commission applies only as described in your plan.

You agree not to misuse the platform. That includes scraping listings, interfering with the service, submitting reviews you have no basis for, impersonating others, or using reservi for anything unlawful.

Reviews may only be left by customers with a completed appointment. You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. We remove content that is unlawful, defamatory or clearly fraudulent, but we do not edit reviews to make businesses look better.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. We may update these terms, and will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes affecting business accounts.
